Founded in 1990, Warren Services provide high-quality manufacture of components and mechanical/electrical sub-assemblies to agreed schedules and offer turnkey solutions in engineering and design. In 2005, Warren Services moved into their current premises. They proceeded to completely renovated and redevelop the site which provided 30,000 sq ft or shop floor area and new offices which gave them modern and well-equipped facilities including new machinery. in 2014, Warren Services opened their second site, giving them an additional 50,000sq ft of assembly space
How we help
Warren Services are one of our long standing clients, whom we are proud to have a strong relationship with. Initially we fully supported their IT systems, but as the company developed, they chose to introduce their own IT team. While they no longer required front line support from us, we are still able to offer support to their in-house team under our ITMS (IT Managed Support) contract. This enables them to benefit from our infrastructure team, our backup and DR services as well as support when their IT manager is away or on holiday. In addition to this, we provide hardware and software services, connectivity, email filtering and manage their firewalls.
We have also installed Bluetooth connections within their factories which connect their in-house machinery to the controlling PC's and provides real-time communications to each device.
When they opened their second site in 2014, we implemented a wireless link between the two sites which allowed them to operate on one network
We remain close partners with Warren Services and continue to support their IT systems in-line with their own team. We are currently working with them to migrate their remaining legacy servers over to their virtual network.
